These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire as set out by Broadbridges and may be updated at any time.
To place an order with Broadbridges for the hire of Goods we will require the completion of an Order Confirmation Form. Broadbridges accepts an order for Hire Goods when an Order Confirmation Form is completed in store and signed by the customer. This order for Hire Goods forms a contract of hire between Broadbridges and the Customer for the hire of Goods as stated. Each Contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions set out in the Order Confirmation Form accepted by the Customer.
All Customers Must Check Their Order
Check their order carefully, ensuring the goods are correct, complete and in good condition before they leave the store. Accessories and small items will be in the suit carrier.
Ensure the goods fit correctly; all wearers are required to try on their complete outfit, with shirt, at the earliest opportunity and within 12 hours of the collection date.
Broadbridges cannot be held responsible for any error discovered after the collection or after the 12 hour inspection period as mentioned above.
Provided the Customer informs Broadbridges of any issues within the time periods specified above,Broadbridges will use its reasonable endeavours to rectify any quality and sizing issues.
An additional amount may be chargeable on orders where the Customer has supplied incorrect sizes and replacement items are required.
Payment and Security Deposit
When the Order Confirmation Form is completed in a store, the Customer must pay an initial deposit at the time the Contract is formed. An administration fee of £20.00 is non-refundable if the Hire Contract is cancelled by the Customer. All amounts quoted are inclusive of VAT. The Customer must pay to Broadbridges the outstanding balance in advance of the Customer's collection of Goods. Goods will not be released to the Customer until the Total has been received by Broadbridges.
Risk, title, loss and damage
Cancellations
Cancellation by the Customer of the Hire Contract made in advance of the Hire Date will be subject to a £20.00 cancellation fee per outfit.
Cancellation by the Customer of the Hire Contract made within 7 days prior to the Hire Date will be charged 50% of the full amount payable per outfit.
Collection and Returns
The Customer can collect the Goods at any time after they are made available to the Customer on the collection date. Charges will apply for any extended period of hire. The Customer will return all Goods by the date agreed on the Hire Contract. Late fees will apply if Goods are received by Broadbridges after the Return By Date.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all personal items are removed from the Goods prior to the Goods being returned to store. Broadbridges accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal items returned in error with the Goods.
