Returns Policy

28 Day Money Back Guarantee

If the product is unsuitable, please return the goods in the same condition they were purchased, within 28 days of receipt, in their original packaging and with all labels intact. (All packaging must be in its original condition and fit for resale)  We are unable to refund or exchange items were packaging is missing and or defaced in any way. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear.

Goods may be returned to any store in person or via Royal mail letter post or Parcel Force. We will not refund postage for goods that you consider unsuitable.

Faulty Goods

We will replace any goods that are faulty or give you a refund. If you send back the faulty item, postal charges will be refunded to you. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in return transit. The sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is always recommended.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order straight away. You will normally receive your order within 5-7 working days within Mainland U.K. though delays may be experienced during busy times and bank holidays. Please note that some parcels may need a signature and cannot be left outside empty premises. Please nominate an alternative delivery address if necessary.
